Taking Time

Come and join me for Taking Time - a six day jigsaw puzzle, walking, dancing, water colours, crochet and knitting delight.

Following on from our highly successful time in 2018, we are repeating and extending this holiday.

Our days were relaxed and spacious and so our evolving theme became Taking Time. My idea is that we enjoy 6 days together sharing the good things in life! Doing jigsaw puzzles together; walking in the magnificent surroundings that only The Lake District can offer; Circle Dancing in a lovely square room with a wooden floor; knitting or crocheting if that is what you like to do; playing with water colours; chatting, enjoying each other’s company and eating the best sticky toffee puddings in the country!

I will bring the jigsaw puzzles and the dances (or you can bring some too). There is an AMAZING jigsaw puzzle shop in Grasmere for you to stock up for the year - or bring a puzzle or two to swop.

Accommodation

Glenthorne is a Victorian country house set in an idyllic location. Accommodation is comfortable and the food is very tasty (special diets are well catered for.)

How much?

Course fee £155

Accommodation prices for dinner, bed and breakfast in en-suite single or twin room to be confirmed nearer the time.

Dancing numbers are limited to 20.

This year I can also offer a limited number of non-dancing places for partners who would like to do everything else except dance! (cost £75 plus accommodation).
